Hikers walk along the Everest Base Camp trek in Nepal, moving through a rugged high-altitude landscape beneath Mount Cholatse. Rising to 6,440 metres, Cholatse dominates the Khumbu region with its steep glaciated ridges and sharply defined, snow-dusted peaks.
