Refund policy

Each photographic print is made to order with the highest attention to detail and quality. Because of this, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

We take great care in packaging and handling all prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or framing before purchasing, please get in touch — we’re happy to help you choose the right piece for your space.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
